BMO Sponsor Finance is a leading U.S. Middle market leveraged loan originator. We focus exclusively on the PE Sponsor sourcing channel, with ~400 sponsor relationships and 145 represented in our portfolio today. We are a conservative underwriter, require covenants and have a strong track record of lower losses and good recoveries vs. the LSTA indices over the last 10+ years. We are currently a $17BB+ AUM portfolio, and benefit from being part of a large bank with a low cost of capital. We are a balance sheet lender and hold a piece of every loan that we originate to maturity on the bank balance sheet. In addition we have a CLO program and began raising third party capital in 2017 for a variety of other investment programs that we manage. Our scale, alignment and control over our investments differentiate us vs. other managers in the space.
