TOESCA is an Asset Manager specialized in Alternative Assets, with a total capital raised of about USD 2 billion. TOESCA’s founders and main executives have more than 25 years of experience investing in Latam. Our LPs are mostly Pension Funds and Life Insurance Companies (including Metlife, Prudential and Principal), and also Family Offices. TOESCA co-invests in all its funds and is fully committed to ESG standards. We are currently doing fundraising for the following investment strategies in Alternatives: Renewable Energies (Equity and Private Credit) and Farmland. These funds’ assets are located mainly in Chile, country that has unique and favorable conditions in those sectors, plus a stable political situation and rule of law. Our investments are in dollarized industries, offering double-digit net annual returns (in USD), stable annual cash flow, and are managed by experienced local teams. We are in the process of expanding internationally our base of LPs.
