Yitzy Rosengarten is a painter and photographer from New York City. From a very young age he showed talent for painting, and with only eighteen years he worked as a draftsman at the Metropolitan Museum of Art of New York City. Years later, Rosengarten came into contact with photography, for which he became passionate. He has been awarded many prizes locally and internationally for his work in photography, including two prestigious awards from the International Photography Awards in 2013 and 2015. Yitzy Rosengarten was born in New York City in 1971. He attended primary school, then enrolled at the Institute of Fine Arts of New York University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts. During his time there, he mastered landscape painting and devoted most of his works to nature. The artist was able to perceive the landscape of his country due to his keen sense of observation. He could see its form, coloration, and characteristics. He had a refined visual sense, sensitivity, and knowledge that enabled him not only to observe what others can normally observe but also to perceive beyond it. When he formally started studying art, he was greatly influenced by the Landesio technique.
