Profile summary

A Fully Scalable Automated Vertical Aquaponics Facility and Solar Farm - Aquis-Max has studied and analyzed technology integration into agriculture and aquaponics in Canada and Australia over the last 5 years and has designed a state-of-the-art automated aquaponics vertical mass production system for growing organic produce. This system encompasses proprietary technologies and will produce our branded Premium Organics and seafood and this system can be installed in any climate or location. The system design encompasses several patentable technologies and trademarks that will be filed. 100% of the energy required to run this facility will be provided by next-generation solar and battery technologies with excess power sold back to the grid and this will be an additional revenue stream for Aquis-Max.The target market for Stage 1 of this project is Melbourne. The Melbourne vegetable market in 2019 was valued at $1.1B (https://agriculture.vic.gov.au/). Aquis-Max will be ready to supply large grocery stores, major restaurants, schools, airlines, home-delivered meal kit companies, and many more markets on or before week 22 after a suitable minimum 5-acre property is acquired. The core of our value proposition is to supply consistent Premium Organic vegetables and seafood at a price that is comparable to existing non-organic products 365 days a year. Aquis-Max will promote and strive to be recognized as a dominant force in the marketplace with completely 100% sustainable practices and eco-friendly and biodegradable packaging and with a near Zero Carbon Footprint. The financial projections for year one produce $19M and Aquis-Max has financing lined up for 2022 however until then has the legal rights to offer shares that will receive 55% of gross revenues.
